There is no ball or weight inside, just good old traditional Ropework which takes up to 1 hour to make one.  

Our very decorative "Monkey Fists" can also be used as Paperweight, Toys (not only for animals), Anti Stress Ball and also as Missile. They are made by hand out of Hemp Rope and are available in two different sizes. The Version with 29cm Circumfence is made of  Hemp Rope with 12cm diameter, the 37cm version is made out of 16mm diameter Hemp Rope. As you know, we keep it very traditional and so we have no ball of any kind inside.  It takes up to 45 minutes to knot a Monkey Fist.
